Pam has been an integral part of our team since 1988. Her passion and dedication are the shining examples of our team’s philosophy and mission. Pam’s duties are, but not limited to:
- Overseeing the entire office operations
- Marketing
- Maintaining my calendar
- Liaison between our “specialists”
- Arranging my speaking engagements
Pam spends her extra time with her daughter, step children and husband, Michael. They enjoy taking road trips, hiking, biking and going to parks.

Kristen Grant joined our team in 2002. Her ability to multi-task and work under pressure make her a valuable asset to our team, which is why she is our Operations Manager. Kristen’s duties are, but not limited to:
- Managing new business, the application process, ordering medicals, and overseeing underwriting
- Technology support
- Arranging Ian's travel
Kristen and Stuart enjoy the time they spend raising their three boys. In their downtime they like going to country music concerts, monster truck shows with the kids, and love spending time entertaining friends and family in their home.

Carol Heller joined our team in 2007. Her background in client service has been valuable to the firm in her role as policy owner service liaison for our existing clients. She is the backbone of organization in our office. Her duties are, but not limited to:
- Servicing your existing policies
- Fielding questions
- Assisting Pam
Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. They love the beach and the ocean. In her spare time she enjoys going to her Zumba and Pilates classes.
